Popular community podcast Good Day Clermont! returns January 14 with the launch of its second season. Upcoming episodes will continue to focus on the people, projects, and passions shaping Clermont County.

Bob Pautke, president and CEO of Connect Clermont, will welcome Angela Basler, project lead for WC Your Future. Together, they discuss career development pathways for Clermont students and the need for quality student work programs.

Good Day Clermont! began streaming in May 2023 to celebrate the work and positive impact of Clermont County residents. Since its debut, the podcast has grown into one of Southwest Ohio’s leading community-focused shows. FeedSpot ranks Good Day Clermont! among its Top 10 Ohio Innovation Podcasts.

“One thing that is undeniably Clermont is spirit,” Pautke says in the latest episode. “We are a people of action — community advocates who harness the collective power of individuals and organizations, all for the purpose of improving the quality of life in our community.”

The podcast now includes more than 190 episodes and regularly highlights local voices. Notable guests include Matt Ecker, owner of Bean & Brew in Batavia Village, and Chelsie Hornsby of the Goshen Education Foundation.

Season 2 introduces new guests and welcomes returning guests to share updates on their lives and work since their first appearance on the show.

Connect Clermont invites community members to participate as future guests. The organization looks for individuals who demonstrate leadership excellence, promote community well-being, operate businesses that connect Clermont residents, or support meaningful causes.

Connect Clermont operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community service organization. The organization produces podcasts that support its mission to bring people, ideas, and resources together through civic leadership and local storytelling.

The premiere of Good Day Clermont! Season 2 airs January 14. Listeners can follow the podcast on Spreaker, Spotify, iHeart Radio, Amazon Music, Apple Podcasts, and ConnectClermont.org.
